About AIRCO

AIRCO™ develops advanced technologies for energy security and global resiliency. The company makes drop-in e-fuels that can power transportation across air, land, sea and space. Its modular MAD Fuel System™ combines the company's proprietary catalysts, compact hardware, and locally available power to produce fuels to spec wherever they’re needed, turning distributed energy into ready-to-use fuel.

Led by co-founder and CEO Gregory Constantine (a 2026 EY Entrepreneur of the Year), the company has been awarded government contracts, including from the U.S. Department of War, NASA and the Department of Energy (DoE), and has investment and commercial partners with groups such as In-Q-Tel, GE Aerospace, Toyota Ventures, Virgin Atlantic, JetBlue and Alaska Airlines among others.

The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse and Workplace Coordinator to join our Operations team at AIRCO’s New Britain, PA site. You will keep shipments moving, inventory accurate and the warehouse organized, while serving as the onsite point of contact for day-to-day site and office support needs at AIRCO. You will work with Operations, HR and IT to resolve issues and keep employees informed. This is a full-time, hourly position performing work in-person based in New Britain, PA.

The hourly rate for this role is $23-$26per hour depending on experience.

What you get to do

  • Receive deliveries, verify items and quantities against shipping documents, record discrepancies, and notify the appropriate employee or team.
  • Prepare, package and coordinate outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Organize and label warehouse storage so materials can be located and retrieved safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies with Operations.
  • Review existing inventory, enter items into the inventory management system and coordinate approved disposal of unneeded materials.
  • Complete daily workplace checks; order and restock approved snacks, beverages, office supplies and shared consumables within established budgets.
  • Keep office supply storage and shared spaces organized, and ensure drinking water is available by checking and replenishing the water dispenser as needed.
  • Serve as the first contact for conference room and other workplace issues; assist with basic setup, route technical or repair needs to IT or Facilities, and follow through on requests.
  • Follow site safety procedures and promptly report hazards, damaged deliveries or equipment concerns.
  • Perform other duties reasonably related to warehouse and workplace operations as assigned.

What you bring to AIRCO

  • Experience in shipping and receiving, inventory, stockroom operations or a similar hands-on role.
  • Attention to detail when checking deliveries, counting stock and maintaining records.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, and confidence learning inventory and ordering systems.
  • Clear communication, a helpful approach to employee requests and reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize planned warehouse work alongside time-sensitive deliveries and workplace requests.
  • A strong commitment to safety and ability to perform the essential warehouse and restocking duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability to work fully onsite in New Britain, PA.

Bonus Points

  • Two or more years of warehouse or inventory experience.
  • Experience organizing a warehouse or stockroom and improving inventory accuracy.
  • Experience supporting office supplies, shared spaces or workplace service requests.

Working at AIRCO - In addition to standard medical and dental benefits, that kick in Day 1, we provide:

Comprehensive Health Benefits

  • Full coverage for employee base premiums on health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 70% coverage for spouse and dependent base premiums.
  • Choose between base plans or enhanced options to meet your needs.

Health Savings & Flexibility

  • Access company-sponsored HSA and FSA accounts to save on healthcare and dependent care expenses.

Income Protection & Insurance

  • Company-paid Short-Term Disability insurance.
  • Optional Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance plans.

Time Off & Holidays

  • Up to 184 hours of paid time off per year, with opportunities to carry over unused PTO.
  • 11 company-paid holidays, with 8 hours of holiday pay for each holiday. Employees who work on a company holiday also receive premium pay for all hours worked.

At AIRCO we value employees for their unique perspectives. We are an inclusive affirmative action Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We consider applicants without regard to actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, pregnancy-related conditions, and lactation), gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, present or past history of intellectual, learning, mental, or physical disability (including but not limited to blindness) unless AIRCO determines that such disability prevents performance of the work involved, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
