At Sphera, we're looking for a Product Owner to help shape and deliver innovative SaaS solutions that support Environmental Accounting and Health & Safety management. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, development teams, and customers while driving the future of products that help organizations meet their environmental and safety goals.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic planning for your product line.

• Identify opportunities, initiatives, and epics that deliver customer and business value.

• Balance priorities between new functionality, technical improvements, and maintenance requirements.

• Recommend product enhancements based on market and customer feedback.

• Participate in release planning, target-date definition, and release packaging.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Care teams.

• Support the development of internal training materials and product enablement resources.

• Help create and maintain product and domain-related content.

Agile Product Ownership

• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Partner closely with cross-functional development teams in an Agile environment.

• Define user personas, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor and communicate product progress using Agile metrics and reporting.

• Support release planning, forecasting, and continuous product improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar product-focused role.

• Experience working with Agile software development teams.

• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable product deliverables.

• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or other B2B software environments.

• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Environmental, , , , or Health & Safety solutions.
• Understanding of environmental compliance, emissions tracking, waste management, or reporting.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
