Jetson HomeESG & Sustainability Jobs

Jetson Home installs all-electric heat pumps to replace gas furnaces, handling pricing, permits, rebates, and same-day installation.

Jetson Home is a home electrification company serving residential customers in the United States. It replaces gas furnaces and traditional HVAC systems with all-electric heat pumps, managing the entire process - remote property analysis, system design, permitting, rebate handling, and single-day installation - so homeowners do not have to coordinate multiple contractors.

Why it matters

Home heating is one of the largest sources of residential carbon emissions. By switching a household from a gas furnace to an electric heat pump, Jetson directly cuts the fossil fuel combustion tied to space heating and cooling. One customer cited avoiding roughly 3.5 tonnes of CO2 per year after switching - a concrete illustration of the per-home impact. Jetson also handles available rebates (including those from the Inflation Reduction Act) on the customer's behalf, lowering the financial barrier that has historically slowed heat pump adoption.

Currently focused on the Denver and Boulder, Colorado markets, Jetson positions itself as a lower-cost alternative to traditional HVAC contractors, using remote assessments and streamlined operations to keep prices down and accelerate the transition to all-electric homes.

Jetson Home is tracked as a dedicated climate and sustainability employer. We currently track 51 active sustainability roles here.
