The Project Development responsibilities include developing a performing and profitable portfolio of large scale solar, onshore wind, and/or hydro power projects initiated by business developers, up to the Final Investment Decision. The Senior Project Developer will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with Business Developers, and interact with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities:

• Elaborate and manage development strategies and plans
• Secure business pillars (permits, offtake, grid connection, site, financing)
• Finalize engineering pillars (design, technology selection, EPC strategy)
• Ensure economic viability and risk management
• Prepare investment files and manage approval processes
• Coordinate with internal support functions and external stakeholders
• Oversee contractor selection and negotiations
• Manage project data and handover to construction team

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree / Engineering Degree
• 10+ years of experience in project management, business development, or industrial projects architecture
• Strong understanding of the Renewable Energy industry
• Excellent contract negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial modeling
• Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
