Deployment Project Manager - Digital Solution for Building Decarbonization

100% Remote Work (In France)

Akila is looking for a project manager to deploy its solution to clients in France. Akila is a fast-growing startup with presence in Asia, Europe, and the United States. This ensures an international working environment and great prospects for growth. Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Your key responsibilities are client relations, leading a project team (without direct hierarchical link) during the deployment phase, and close collaboration with sales teams as a solution expert.

We are looking for a candidate who is very comfortable in managing client relationships and rigorous in project management (planning, quality of deliverables, budget compliance). The ideal candidate will have experience in proptech and/or buildings in general. Previous experience in a similar role in a startup would be a plus.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Client relationship from the start of implementation and as long as the client uses the platform.
• Proactive monitoring of client satisfaction (top priority) and identification of dissatisfaction risks.
• Identification of new needs and associated opportunities.
• Definition and refocusing of the client's operational objectives throughout the project.
• Rigorous management of project deployment from launch to "go live" and coordination of a project team to achieve set objectives.
• Production of expected deliverables according to planned schedule and budget.
• Project documentation for internal follow-up.
• Definition of project KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Support to the sales team as a solution expert.

Key skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a deployment project manager.
• Fluency in French and English (interviews will be conducted in both languages).
• Perfect written and oral communication.
• Organized, rigorous, and able to synthesize main project issues for management.
• Extroverted character, comfortable in client relationships. Experience as a client relationship manager (with a third-party client) is required.
• Experience in proptech and/or buildings in general is required.
• Startup experience is a plus.
