As a Senior HSE Consultant, you will be at the heart of projects that transform our clients' environmental performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on new European regulations (CSRD, water, circularity, waste, air pollution) and helping implement necessary corrective actions
• Co-designing and deploying customized strategies to optimize environmental performance and promote operational excellence
• Engaging all levels of client organizations to transform their sustainability practices
• Managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality deliverables
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting ERM partners and project managers to ensure project success

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental studies, environmental engineering, or related field
• Solid experience in consulting or industrial sector
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely in French and English
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, including task delegation and team management
• Understanding of clients' business risks and challenges, with ability to identify growth opportunities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, both within France and internationally
