Job description

Sales and Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Understand product offering details and business model to act as a subject matter expert in front of clients
  • Devise and execute sales strategy to build sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Stay on top of market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles with client from different profiles
  • Coordinate trial set up and product evaluation process
  • Study client requirements and keep product colleagues posted on first-hand client feedback
  • Provide on-boarding, training and support for new and existing clients
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and secure renewals
