Sales and Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Understand product offering details and business model to act as a subject matter expert in front of clients
- Devise and execute sales strategy to build sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
- Stay on top of market trends and identify new sales opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles with client from different profiles
- Coordinate trial set up and product evaluation process
- Study client requirements and keep product colleagues posted on first-hand client feedback
- Provide on-boarding, training and support for new and existing clients
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and secure renewals
