Job Purpose:
Job Scope:
- Warehousing process governance, including internal processes audit & optimization.
- DC related projects management including sustainability projects.
The overall responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the day-to-day activities in the Project,
- Providing guidance and analysis on processes governance & optimization,
- Overseeing the project implementation and collaborating with other stakeholders/suppliers to develop projects and programs.
- Audit related issues handling & action plans follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities / What you can bring to the team
Project Management:
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop DC projects.
- Planning DC project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning project team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines CER and get approval.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members or suppliers are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the CHANEL's standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing DC project management processes.
- Continuously evaluating DC projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Be responsible for project coordination internally and externally to facilitate the project set up, kick off and implementation to secure deliverables.
Process Governance:
- Responsible for DC IPC (internal process control) and SOP review
- Responsible for DC potential process analysis and optimization, and resolve the productivity, safety, cost, etc issues.
- Proactively to regularly on-site checking and identify warehousing operation bottle neck and risks.
- Adopting lean methodology combine with digitalization and automation solution to evaluate the process effectiveness and having sufficient analysis on DC operation process.
- Considering energy saving and sustainable operation to optimize the current DC operation process.
- Build the optimization practice and collaborate with research, user experience, analytics partners to enhance the DC operation process.
- Work with the supply chain other teams to optimize end to end supply chain process.
Person Specifications:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain field. Master/MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the supply chain operation management and/or warehousing project management.
- Expertise with warehouse facility design, warehousing operation activities, resource planning etc.
- Familiar with warehousing technologies and automation knowledge and experiences (AGV, AMR, ASRS)
- Strong leadership skills and can-do altitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin & English).
- Strong attention to details and technicalities (Warehouse operation and technologies).
- Excellent organizational cross functional management and coordination skills (horizontal and vertically)
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Good data analysis skill (Power BI, Access)

Internal: DC Operations and BP team, Logistics, Transportation, RA, Finance, Legal, corporate CSR, corporate audit, Admin, etc.
External: OSH/FM vendors, 3PL vendor, local Emergency & Safety Bureau, local Fire-fighting Bureau, Landlord, Property management company, etc.
