Job Details

• Location: Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, or remote
• Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent

Your Responsibilities

• Project participation up to project management and diverse consulting activities on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), and EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) audits and their anchoring in the organization
• Management and implementation of environmental, social, and governance audits as well as M&A due diligence audits, including assessment of compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and corporate standards
• Support in the continuous improvement of our clients' ESG and EHS performance, including the development of tailored solutions and strategies
• Development of EHS compliance procedures, plans, permits, and reports, as well as implementation of sustainability strategies
• Project management regarding scope, budget, schedule, and quality assurance of respective project results
• Business development and further development of our service offerings, such as EU Taxonomy, Community Noise, Air Emissions, Hazardous Goods, Restricted Substances, Impact Assessments
• Mentoring and/or management tasks within the team

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in a technical or scientific field
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the EHS field, preferably as an EHS auditor and/or consultant/project manager
• Excellent German language skills and business fluent English
• Willingness to travel nationally
