š Position: Media Producer

š§ About the Role
We're seeking a Media Producer with Director spirit who can bring bold ideas to life through visual storytelling. You'll be the driving force behind our video and photo productions ā from concept to execution ā acting as both the producer(planner/manager) and director (creative lead on set). š¬ Key Responsibilities
š§ Producer Side
- Manage end-to-end production workflows for photo and video content, from planning to final delivery.
- Scout and secure locations, models, props, costumes, and makeup artists.
- Build and manage production schedules, call sheets, and shoot logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain production budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and creative goals.
šØ Director Side
- Conceptualize and pitch creative video/photo ideas in line with brand campaigns.
- Lead on-set direction ā guiding talent, lighting, and composition to achieve the intended aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the creative team to shape storyboards, shot lists, and visual narratives.
- Ensure the tone, mood, and style of the shoot align with the brand's identity.
- Provide artistic and strategic direction during shoots and post-production.
⨠Technical/Creative Execution
- Operate camera gear as needed (photo and video).
- Touch up photos and videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
- Review and approve lighting, camera angles, and overall visual quality before publishing.
- Maintain consistency across all visual assets used in campaigns, social media, and brand content.
š” Qualifications
- 2ā5 years experience in media production, filmmaking, or a related creative field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience as both producer and director.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Able to lead a crew and communicate clearly with models/talent on-set.
- Proficiency in post-production software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple timelines.
- Creative, reliable, and highly organized ā with obsessive attention to detail.
