Equipment Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repairs: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to minimize downtime. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted production. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce costs.

Equipment Selection & Procurement: • Identify, evaluate, and select industrial equipment required for the production process. • Manage procurement activities, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of equipment. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure equipment specifications align with production needs.

Production Optimization: • Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance output quality. • Implement process improvements to optimize equipment performance and productivity.

Project Management: • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for the manufacturing line setup and ongoing operations. • Ensure all project milestones are met, from initial requirements gathering to full-scale production. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions.

Health, Safety, and Compliance: • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements throughout the production process. • Implement best practices for safe and sustainable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment setup, operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. • Strong understanding of industrial machinery, including installation and technical problem-solving. • Proven experience managing end-to-end manufacturing processes, from equipment procurement to production. • Familiarity with manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality control practices. • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills: • Experience in biomass, waste-to-energy, or renewable energy industries. • Knowledge of automation and control systems in manufacturing. • Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design tools.

What We Offer: • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling an innovative startup. • A chance to contribute to sustainable energy solutions with tangible environmental impact. • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

Location: This role is based in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Candidates must be willing to work on-site full-time.
