Job description

Your tasks:

  • Representing InPost in partner relations and ongoing cooperation with business partners, local governments, cities, and contractors
  • Building the InPost brand and promoting ECO culture
  • Collaborating on the Paczkomat® machine greening project
  • Responsibility for initiative implementation - from project outline to execution and settlement
  • Coordinating documentation and settlements for the entire team
  • Responding to crisis situations, proposing and implementing solutions
  • Collaborating with other company areas on topics related to purchases, settlements, and documents in the InPost Green City Program

What we need from you:

  • Higher education in Marketing/Management or related field
  • Interest in topics such as ESG, broadly understood ecology, sustainable cities, environmental protection, green/smart solutions in cities
  • Experience in cooperating with corporate entities, public administration, local governments, cities, and marketing agencies
  • Experience in establishing and building partner relationships
  • Experience in project management (including documentation management, financial settlements) and managing project teams, experience in creating business processes is welcome
  • Experience in content editing, so-called "light pen"
  • Initiative, curiosity, flexibility, and high personal culture
  • Professionalism with high commitment to new challenges and ability to seek effective solutions
  • High goal orientation
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure and interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of MS Office package - must have, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communicative knowledge of English at B2 level
  • Driving license category B is welcome
  • Motivation, perseverance, and commitment
