Junior Analyst/Developer for ESG-Data Solutions (w/m/x)
Join our innovative team at Raiffeisen Research and support us as a Junior Analyst/Developer in Capital Markets & ESG. We offer an exciting role in the development of sustainable investment solutions and are looking for a talented entry-level professional ready to shape the world of ESG applications.
What awaits you:
- Development and continuous improvement of our ESG models and applications to support our customers' decision-making.
- Independent execution of complex projects using the latest cloud technologies to improve our backend and frontend environments.
- Contribution to the design and maintenance of database structures.
- Integration of third-party APIs and services to expand our system capabilities.
- Implementation of responsive web design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices.
- Debugging, testing, and documentation of code to create high-quality and robust applications.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
What you bring:
- Successfully completed university degree in a mathematical or IT-related field (e.g., Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science).
- Very good programming skills in Python; additional knowledge in other languages such as JavaScript, Svelte, or R is advantageous.
- Analytical thinking, coupled with a proactive, communicative personality and team spirit.
- Very good written and oral expression in English, ideally also in German.
- Willingness for continuous education and development of your skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with collaborative development processes and tools such as Git or Atlassian.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing market data from providers such as Bloomberg or LSEG/Refinitiv.
