Job description
Your role:
Support the ESG Transformation Team in moderating the Sustainability Community of Practice (CoP) and Center of Excellence (CoE) by:
- Actively connecting people with experts and with each other
- Sharing the right information
- Engaging in discussions
- Supporting organization and execution of activities such as live webinars and interactive events
- Finding presenters, preparing practice sessions, promoting events, and ensuring smooth execution
- Becoming an expert in tools that help Philips employees learn about sustainability, find resources, and connect for challenges and best practices
- Working directly with sustainability experts
- Advising on leveraging the Sustainability Community of Practice to facilitate transformation
- Collecting and creating content for Sustainability CoEs and CoPs
- Sharing content throughout the organization using internal communication platforms
You're the right fit if:
- Degree in a relevant field (Change management, Business Administration, Environment, Communications, Policy, Sustainability, Innovation and Strategy, etc.)
- Passionate and knowledgeable about sustainability, especially Circular Economy and EcoDesign
- Able to connect complex challenges to the right sources and experts
- Experienced with community management, media platforms (SharePoint, Yammer/Viva), video editing, and PowerPoint
- Able to translate complex technical information into engaging communications
- Self-starter with ability to drive actions independently while maintaining team alignment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; natural connector and collaborator
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Keen eye and curious mind, seeing synergies and opportunities everywhere
