Job description

Your role:

  • Support the ESG Transformation Team in planning, preparing and executing the ESG vision 2030 project with a co-creative approach
  • Support the organization and execution of activities such as project definition and planning, stakeholder communication and meetings, preparation and support of co-create workshop sessions, mature and iterate workshop outcomes.

You're the right fit if:

  • Experienced with (company) vision creation and transformation
  • Preferably moderate level of ESG understanding and experience. (minimal level ok)
  • Passionate about sustainability
  • Strong moderator/workshop skills and excellent stakeholder management skills for within the organization and across various stakeholder groups
  • Excellent project management skills: successfully manage multiple projects/ tasks through to completion
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Application skills and experience: Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Miro, Teams, video editing
  • Nice to have: experience with co-creation sessions, AI image generation, trend research, regenerative, radical thinking
