As a Graduate Trainee in the Technology Organization, you will:

Technology sits at the very heart of UBS and plays a critical role in building, delivering and maintaining IT systems, services, and infrastructure that powers the Bank. The mission of the Technology organization is to keep UBS competitive in a digital world by developing innovative products & solutions and maintaining the technology platforms at the highest quality standards. With this mission in place, we are looking for talented and motivated candidates to join us and shape the future of Banking Technology.

Your expertise

• Strong programming skills in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a keen interest in financial markets and technology.
