Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and optimize the enterprise sales team, creating an environment for quick decision-making
• Develop team members in terms of both metrics and competencies
• Improve educational programs in collaboration with the enablement organization
• Propose, close deals, and support implementation of company products
• Formulate sales strategies, execute tactics, and achieve sales targets
• Recruit several to a dozen team members annually in cooperation with HR

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Experience in business operations at SaaS or software companies
• Experience in solution-based sales
• Experience in new customer acquisition
• Experience managing organizations of 10-20 people
• Experience leading large enterprise sales and revenue growth

Preferred Skills:

• Interest/knowledge in ESG areas
• Experience in both IS and FS

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Someone who has managed a sizable sales organization or overseen sales for a specific business in SaaS or software companies
• Someone who has experience in launching and growing a SaaS business to a certain scale, particularly in the Japanese subsidiary of a foreign company
