External Relations Lead Benelux

Your role:

Lead the external relations function in the Benelux market, focusing on:

• Leading reputation communications efforts of Philips in the Dutch home market
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for strategic communications activities
• Designing and implementing campaigns to tell Philips' story to key audiences
• Managing all external communications in the BNL area above product marketing level
• Developing an overall Communications Strategy & Planning for the Benelux
• Press spokespersonship on key company topics, including crisis management issues
• Building and managing an effective network of media relevant for the company
• Driving ROI in all activities, from securing top-tier media coverage to designing integrated corporate reputation campaigns

You're the right fit if:

• You have over 10 years of experience in Healthcare or Technology (B2B) Communications
• You have prior agency (management) experience
• You have broad expertise in reputation management and integrated communications
• You have strong project management and organization skills
• You can lead through influence and work effectively with senior executives
• You collaborate effectively with global teams
• You have strong problem-solving abilities
• You have proven integrated communications competencies
• You possess strong analytical skills and are data-driven
• You have excellent oral and written skills, and are fluent in Dutch (critical requirement)
• You have a Master's degree in a relevant field
