Your Role
On a daily basis in our team:
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating ESG risk management, especially in the area of credit risk, and supporting other risk units
- Developing tools for data collection, analysis and reporting, including:
- ESG Pillar III
- Taxonomy
- Calculation of CO2e emissions of the credit portfolio (PCAF methodology)
- Determining decarbonization paths
- Updating ESG risk management policy and strategy
- Developing ESG risk assessment tools in the credit process
- Collaborating with Bank units involved in implementing ESG solutions
This position can be yours if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial or team coordination position
- You are willing to participate in the implementation of ESG-related regulations and procedures
- You are familiar with regulations and guidelines on ESG risk management
- You possess analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and formulate opinions independently
- You have the ability to collaborate with multiple process participants and present recommendations to various audiences
- You are characterized by teamwork skills and the ability to build positive work relationships
- You have experience in project work using Agile methodology
- You are familiar with risk management methodologies and tools in banking
