Job description

Your Role

On a daily basis in our team:

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating ESG risk management, especially in the area of credit risk, and supporting other risk units
  • Developing tools for data collection, analysis and reporting, including:
    1. ESG Pillar III
    2. Taxonomy
    3. Calculation of CO2e emissions of the credit portfolio (PCAF methodology)
    4. Determining decarbonization paths
  • Updating ESG risk management policy and strategy
  • Developing ESG risk assessment tools in the credit process
  • Collaborating with Bank units involved in implementing ESG solutions

This position can be yours if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial or team coordination position
  • You are willing to participate in the implementation of ESG-related regulations and procedures
  • You are familiar with regulations and guidelines on ESG risk management
  • You possess analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and formulate opinions independently
  • You have the ability to collaborate with multiple process participants and present recommendations to various audiences
  • You are characterized by teamwork skills and the ability to build positive work relationships
  • You have experience in project work using Agile methodology
  • You are familiar with risk management methodologies and tools in banking
