ESG Manager

He/she will accompany and lead MET Group and individual subsidiaries on the path to greater sustainability and social responsibility. The role requires a deep understanding of economic processes as well as ecological and social dynamics. His/her work does not only influence the internal corporate culture, but also radiates outwards and contributes to a positive public perception of the company.

Essential responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategy and report ESG data
• Advise management on ESG issues and prepare material for the ESG Steering Committee
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities in the area of climate risks and opportunities, and broader environmental and social issues
• Develop guidelines and processes for ESG performance reporting and disclosure requirements at division and group level
• Follow current ESG trends and guidelines, monitors regulatory and legislative changes, develop detailed understanding of the CSRD, ESRS, GHG accounting requirements
• Conduct workshops and training programs
