Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Energy Efficiency Project Manager to lead industrial energy efficiency initiatives. This includes deploying smart monitoring and control systems to improve HVAC and electrical system performance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing energy efficiency projects, with a REEM certification (mandatory), and a background from ESCO companies is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from planning to commissioning.
• Oversee installation of sensors, controllers, and energy-saving control solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and subcontractors to deliver on energy-saving targets.
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with energy goals and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients to develop tailored energy optimization strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• 9+ years of experience managing energy efficiency projects in HVAC and electrical domains.
• REEM certification is preferred
• Experience working with or in ESCO companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of energy-saving technologies, monitoring systems, and control strategies.
• Familiarity with Malaysian energy regulations and industrial energy use.
• Experience managing project documentation, budgets, and client relationships.
