Job Purpose and Background

CDP has undergone a global digital transformation in 2023, including the development of a greenfield disclosure platform that will unlock a new phase of user-centricity and scalability. We are now seeking two D365 Developers who will work with Product Owners to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions with the goal of ensuring our D365 platform is optimally configured to enable CDP's future growth. In addition to the development expected from working on this greenfield project, it is envisioned this role will take on further responsibility as they develop the function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with Product Owners to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions through discovery workshops and ongoing collaboration
  • Design and architect D365 solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of D365 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuously evaluating and optimising D365 to improve performance, scalability, and user experience in line with our growth plans
  • Providing training and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the organisation.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CE versions and upgrade processes specifically, Sales, Customer Insights and Customer Service.
  • Competent in the customisation code stack (c#, Java and type script, yaml, liquid code)
  • Customisation and configuration experience with to PowerApps and PowerForms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Devops for project delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including creativity, resourcefulness and curiosity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the capacity to bring stakeholders on the same journey through technical understanding
  • A growth-mindset, where success and progress are measured to inform future improvements

Salary and benefits (UK):

  • £47,000 - £56,000 per annum
