Job Description
The "Performance" division of the Group's Sustainable Development Department is looking for a CSRD Manager to lead the first audit campaign of its sustainability report:
Under the responsibility of the Vice President of Sustainable Performance, the mission will include the following actions:
- Coordination of the general verification schedule with external audit teams for delivery of their conclusions according to the defined schedule;
- Supervision of central audit work with all ESG contributors and ancillary teams (Finance, internal audit, internal control, etc.);
- Organization of on-site audit work with each region and brand to prepare hotels and operational teams;
- Supervision of review work on the various IT applications used for ESG data collection and consolidation;
- Contribution to the preparation of materials and participation in operational and strategic meetings to monitor the CSRD project.
Other missions may be proposed as part of the CSRD project management.
Qualifications
Desired profile:
- Bac+5 (School or Master II) with specialization in sustainable development or Finance
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in financial or extra-financial auditing
Required qualities/skills:
- Ability to be both rigorous and pragmatic,
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, you have the ability to present results clearly and concisely,
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, proactivity,
- Fluent in English and French (written/oral),
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

CONTRACT DATES: From 01/09/2024 to 31/03/2025 (7-month fixed-term contract)
