We are the technical partner of Zaksa, three-time winner of the volleyball Champions League, and we outfit all Polish basketball national teams and all clubs in the men's and women's basketball premier league. We don't forget about sustainable development - we were the main partner of the "Closer to Each Other" campaign, focusing on caring for employees' mental well-being, and we also conducted Pink October and Movember campaigns to increase mental health awareness. OTCF was distinguished among good practices in the CSR Leaves of Politics list, and 4F Change was recognized for activities supporting the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals in 2022. Thanks to the efforts of the 4F Helps Foundation, we managed to open 2 new multifunctional playgrounds and get involved in the Great Toddler Expedition 2023 - a unique charitable automotive action!

Job Description

The #OTCFteam consists of people full of passion and commitment. We have many challenges and interesting projects ahead of us. What challenges have we prepared for you?

Substantive tasks:

1. Monitoring and preliminary analysis of legal regulations and professional practices regarding the clothing and food industry, and preparing monthly monitoring of legal regulations.
2. Monitoring the implementation of legal changes in the organization in cooperation with the Legal Department.
3. Close cooperation with the Compliance Officer and representatives of other departments in the organization to identify potential compliance gaps and develop/implement corrective action plans.
4. Creating policies and procedures, as well as monitoring their functioning.
5. Building a contractor verification process.
6. Organizing Compliance training: conducting internal communication and preparing materials.
7. Support in preparing the organization for sustainable development reporting (ESG).

Requirements

A Compliance Specialist in our team is a person who:

• Has a legal education
• Knows English very well
• Knows MS Office package
• Has good communication skills
• Has good analytical skills and excels at problem-solving
• Is eager to learn
• Has one year of professional experience in the Compliance or ESG department
