Overall backend development for Asuene's products

Specific Duties:

• Backend development including feature implementation, adding test code, review, verification, release, and all aspects necessary for product development
• Operational tasks such as handling inquiries, specification confirmation, and troubleshooting
• Database table design and performance improvement
• System reliability improvement including monitoring tasks
• Collaborating with product managers and designers for specification discussions
• Planning and execution of mid to long-term technical strategies
• Providing technical advice and work support to other team members

About the Development Team:

• Kanban operation using Notion
• Small-scale, high-frequency releases based on Agile philosophy
• Weekly retrospectives

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Web application development experience
• Experience in data model design and operation with RDBMS or NoSQL
• Experience in product development with multiple people
• Experience in providing technical advice and work support to other members
• Experience in planning and executing mid to long-term technical strategies
• Experience as a decision-maker responsible for technology, such as tech lead

Preferred Skills:

• System development using container technologies like Docker
• Experience in performance tuning, such as ISUCON
• AI model development across various fields, including image recognition and inference models

• Ability to act proactively, not confined to one's own area, and constantly work towards improvement while overseeing the product
