Job Responsibilities

• Enhance business performance of subsidiaries and affiliates in Indonesia and expand overall business by working closely with stakeholders
• Keep abreast of local competitive landscapes and developments in banking markets
• Implement strategies and initiatives to support business growth
• Seek collaboration opportunities across SMBC Group
• Set business key performance indicators
• Report to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with relevant departments in Head Office and Regional Office

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years of work experience in banking industry
• Experience in business management and performance management preferred
• Experience in ESG advantageous
• Sound commercial sense
• Strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong collaboration and team playing abilities
• Proactive with adaptability to change
• Quantitative analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
