Job description

A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared among organisations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day support operations for CyberArk's Privileged Identity Management (PIM) system
  • Monitor and manage the CyberArk PIM infrastructure
  • Administer privileged user accounts for Windows and UNIX systems
  • Integrate various platforms like servers and databases with CyberArk
  • Manage CPM policies
  • Perform bulk integrations using the Password Upload Utility
  • Audit accounts and resolve login and permission issues
  • Implement and manage the CyberArk solution
  • Create and manage new safes, accounts, and platforms
  • Link new platforms to CyberArk
  • Support project team on new administration concepts for CyberArk
  • Perform CyberArk DR Drill & setup
  • Conduct version upgrades and patch upgradation on all CyberArk components servers
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change tasks in ITSM
  • Handle licensing and entitlement management of the CyberArk environment

Required Skills:

  • CyberArk Certified Defender / CCDE certification
  • 5-10 years of experience in CyberArk administration and implementation
  • Strong background in Privileged Identity Management solutions
  • Experience with LDAP concepts and directory services (Oracle Internet Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory)
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Administration
  • Database Administration experience
  • Backup Administration skills
  • Experience with Incident / Ticketing Tools (HPSM / Maximo / Remedy / Tivoli)

Education:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.Tech) required
