Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Provide all-round administrative support, including but not limited to handle mails, procurement, inventory management, facilities maintenance, etc
- Act as the key point of contact for vendors and third parties including building management office, vendors, agencies, etc
- Work closely with finance department for payments and claims
- Handle travel arrangement, meeting coordination and calendar management
- Assist in organizing in-house and off-site events
- Support HR functions, including on-boarding and off-boarding
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
