Job description

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round administrative support, including but not limited to handle mails, procurement, inventory management, facilities maintenance, etc
  • Act as the key point of contact for vendors and third parties including building management office, vendors, agencies, etc
  • Work closely with finance department for payments and claims
  • Handle travel arrangement, meeting coordination and calendar management
  • Assist in organizing in-house and off-site events
  • Support HR functions, including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
